These Terms govern your use of Krixel(the "Software") and this website. By purchasing or using Krixel, you agree to them.

License

A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of machines included in your plan. See the EULA for details.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the images you process and must hold the rights to them. You may not resell or redistribute the Software itself.

Payments

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for print costs or losses arising from output quality — always proof a sample before a production run.
