14-day refund

If Krixeldoesn't work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll return your payment in full.

How to request

Email us from the address on your account with your order number. Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record to your original payment method.

After a refund

Your license is deactivated and any activated machines stop validating on their next online check.
