Refund Policy

We want you to be able to test Krixel on your own files before committing.

14-day refund

If Krixeldoesn't work for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll return your payment in full.

How to request

Email us from the address on your account with your order number. Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record to your original payment method.

After a refund

When a refund is issued your access to the Software is fully revoked: the license key is permanently invalidated, any activated machines stop validating on their next online check, and you may no longer use the program. A refund means you give up the license.
