End User License Agreement

This EULA is a contract between you and Krixel for use of the desktop Software.

Grant

We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on up to the number of machines in your plan, subject to payment and these terms.

Activation & seats

The Software validates your license key and binds it to your machines. You may deactivate a machine from your dashboard to free a seat. Circumventing seat limits is prohibited.

Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, redistribution or resale of the Software.
• No sharing of license keys.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all intellectual property rights. Output you create from your own source images is yours.

Termination

This license ends if you breach these terms or after a refund, at which point you must stop using the Software.
